What’s the difference between a regular feed and a moderated feed?

A moderated feed will only include hashtagged content posted after the feed is created; content that was already visible on Instagram before the feed was created will not appear as “pending” on the moderation platform for your approval.
 
A regular feed will show all the content ever posted on Instagram with the hashtag, most recent first.
