When you see this in your Social Profiles section or around your avatar in the top right, you click 'Reactivate account' to reconnect your Instagram account to Iconosquare.
It should take you to this secure Instagram login screen:
However, sometimes you can try reactivating your account multiple times only to have Instagram redirect you back to the same login screen. This means you've got stuck in an authorization loop/have a cookies issue which you can try and fix by:
- Clearing your cache
- Trying to re-authenticate your account in a private browser like Google Chrome Incognito Mode
- Logging out of Iconosquare and opening up www.instagram.com in a new window.
If you can log into Instagram from this screen, when you log back into Iconosquare and try to re-authenticate your account again it should work.
If you can't log into www.instagram.com, we would suggest waiting 24 hours before trying these steps Instagram may have put a hold on your account for security reasons.
If re-authentication still doesn't work after 24 hours, you will need to contact Instagram support from within the app:
as this means that Instagram has for some reason suspended your access to your account.
